Eduard literally grew up in a family real estate business. The most valuable business lessons he has learned did not come from college or an online course. They came from working in the family business, and from kickstarting his own, in the construction industry, as early as his freshman year in college. Since 2008, the knowledge acquired while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and business administration coupled with excellent communication and people skills have been the foundation stones of his success as he was slowly building up expert knowledge base on all relevant legislation and earning his reputation of an unequivocal go-to resource for residential real estate in Montenegro, Spain, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, and Cyprus. Eduard eventually started his own business built on client care and dedication, communication and trust, and passion for problem solving.
At PrepayWay, Eduard is working to ensure the company performance milestones, business strategies, and culture are aligned with the company mission - tackling the problems of traditional real estate transaction with the blockchain technology.
