Biography

Natalia is a productive and successful leader in Russian real estate market with over 18 years of experience in sales and marketing of both domestic and overseas properties. With a PhD in history from the Moscow State University and an MBA in Strategic Management from the Moscow State University of Economics and Statistics under her belt, Natalia has been steadily rising through the ranks to the position of the CEO of MIEL-DPM (Overseas Property), a division of MIEL Holding, the leading Russian real estate holding and one of the top ten agencies in Russia dealing with overseas properties. She has always taken personal responsibility for directing and inspiring innovation as a vital element of business success and competitiveness.

Natalia started her career in real estate in 2000 as an Executive Director at the Consortium of Moscow Real Estate Agencies, where she coordinated joint projects for the Consortium members and established cooperation between the leading Moscow real estate agencies.

In 2001, Natalia started at MIEL Holding as a Head of Special Events Department, where she took on a variety of roles such as organization of trade fairs, corporate events, trainings, seminars, etc.

Serving as an Advertising Director/Deputy Marketing Director at MIEL Holding in 2003 - 2005, Natalia was responsible for advertising strategy, advertising and PR campaigns, and media planning.

Between 2005 and 2008, in her role of Marketing Director for MIEL Holding, Natalia was responsible for development and implementation of marketing strategy, a CRM system, and an effective system for customer loyalty evaluation. She also initiated a rebranding effort, and under her leadership, the marketing team developed a new portfolio of brands of the holding. As a result, MIEL Holding has successfully implemented a unique image promotion system aimed at increasing brand capitalization.

Between 2008 and 2014, Natalia has served as a CEO of MIEL Distant Property Management, a division of MIEL Holding in charge of overseas real estate. She has successfully led the effort to integrate innovative technologies in project planning and implementation processes. Her other achievements include the development and implementation of the systems of competitive analysis, sales planning, and employee motivation.

In 2014, Natalia has founded her own real estate agency.
