Oliver Nedela has 14 years of experience in providing integrated, innovative business solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Starting his career in 2000 as Project Manager for a system integration company, Oliver quickly moved on to serve as Group Operations Manager at a leading European distribution company based in Switzerland, where he was responsible for IT, customer service, purchase and warehouse management and later assured successful company merge. Oliver was also responsible for the IT infrastructure and personally managed the implementation and ongoing development of the ERP. He gained solid experience in a variety of operational matters relating to distribution and especially in administration and management of complex logistics and VAT related issues.

In 2003, Oliver founded his own business, CO-Handelszentrum GmbH, located in Zug, Switzerland, which acts as a fiduciary and provides expert advice on company formation, registration and administration in Switzerland.

In 2013, Oliver incorporated CoTTL & Partners GmbH, a company that provides fiduciary and consulting services for Swiss clients and acts as a business angel.

Oliver holds a degree in Economic Engineering in combination with Computer Science from Engineering University, Konstanz, Germany.

At Prepayway, Oliver is charged with providing accounting support for the holding company with subsidiaries in Switzerland, and the setup, implementation, and monitoring of the KYC procedure for customer identification.
