After graduating from Tallinn University, Estonia, with a Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Yiyang has spent a few years working as a user experience expert. In this role, he collaborated closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure the highest level of product usefulness, desirability, and client satisfaction. Having gained valuable experience in all stages of product development, from conception to delivery, Yiyang switched from product design to marketing a few years ago. He received postgraduate training in Marketing & Branding at the University Fernando Pessoa, Portugal.
Possessing solid experience in product development and marketing, Yiyang brings strong competencies in project management, customer research and analysis, and solution and strategy design. He also has vast experience in applying a human-centered approach to project development and marketing. Yiyang’s data-driven mindset results in clear and effective decision-making that contributes to improving the company performance.
As a marketing lead for Asian region, Yiyang works closely with marketing team to build marketing approaches, develop and execute marketing plans with a special focus on international expansion, establish relationships throughout the industry, and identify opportunities to drive customers to the platform.
