个人简历


Frank Emmert教授担任印第安纳大学国际与比较法中心主任,是法学院终身教授。同时还是卡塔尔大学法学院顾问团成员。 2011年,Emmert教授联合在美国芝加哥创立了国际法政治委员会(CILP),目前他仍担任CILP编程总监。

Emmert教授自1992年以来一直担任德国律师协会成员,同时也是美国律师协会的学术成员及特许仲裁员协会成员。在代表客户参与国际商贸交易以及解决商业争端(包括竞争执法)方面拥有超过25年的丰富经验,并且具有国际商事争议仲裁员资格。

Emmert教授拥有荷兰马斯特里赫特大学博士学位、美国密歇根大学法学硕士(LL.M.)学位,以及欧洲法学院欧洲共同体法与人权法文凭。

Emmert教授凭借自己在法律事务方面的丰富经验,担任PrepayWay法律发展负责人。利用他渊博的法律知识以及在仲裁和调解领域的丰富经验,指导PrepayWay为其基于智能合约和区块链技术的房地产交易开发创新和独特的解决方案。
